Temple Football came off its most successful season in years. We built a campaign worthy of the moment.

We positioned the program around a single platform, Greatness Doesn’t Quit, and created everything it needed to live: identity, logo, photo and video guidelines, tone of voice, and a signature helmet with a diamond motif honoring Temple founder Russell Conwell’s most famous speech.

The visual language was stark and deliberate. Athletes emerging through smoke on black. Triumph without decoration. The creative direction was built to feel less like a college athletics campaign and more like a Nike moment, credible enough to recruit nationally and resonate locally.

Every asset was built to travel. The identity rolled out across TV, print, digital, social, and out-of-home, with enough system flexibility to scale across multiple sports without losing coherence.

The platform delivered. Ticket sales increased 16% in 2016, recruiting class quality rose the following season, and Greatness Doesn’t Quit was adopted as the positioning platform across all Temple Athletics, not just football. What started as a seasonal campaign became the defining voice of an entire athletics department.
